Rockefeller Names Investment Solutions Head

Rockefeller Capital Management has appointed industry figure Rose Lee as a managing director and head of investment solutions, as well as a member of the management committee. It also announced the appointment of other team members who would be working with Lee.
Lee will lead the strategic development and management of investment and securities products as well as client solutions for the Rockefeller Global Family Office. Her responsibilities will include identifying client product and service needs, conducting competitive market analyses, managing products, and enhancing existing products and solutions, Rockefeller said in a statement yesterday.
“Rose Lee brings a great wealth and diversity of experience to the leadership of strategic investments for Rockefeller,” Christopher Dupuy, co-head of the Rockefeller Global Family Office, said.
Lee, who will be based at the firm’s 45 Rockefeller Plaza office in New York, will report to Dupuy. Joining her team are James Beale, head of capital markets and managed solutions; Jackie Klaber, head of opportunistic investing; and Burt Mills, head of structured products.
Prior to this, Lee served as head of structured product sales and development at Credit Suisse, working at the Zurich-listed bank for six years. Before that role, Lee spent 14 years at Goldman Sachs, where she built the institutional structured solutions business and served as head of institutional structured notes. Lee earned an MBA from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Dartmouth College.
As of March 31, Rockefeller Capital Management was responsible for about $95 billion in client assets across its three business segments: Rockefeller Global Family Office, which includes both the Private Wealth Management and Family Office businesses, Rockefeller Asset Management, and Rockefeller Strategic Advisory.
